I might be addicted to chocolate!
Happy 1st day of February! Only a few more weeks until Valentine's Day.
If you're looking for an easy recipe to make for that special someone, these brownies will do the trick! They are super goey and rich, and taste more like fudge than a cakey brownie.
What you need:
What you need:
1 box of Trader Joe's Truffle Brownie mix
1 can of pumpkin
1 cup of candy or nuts (I used peanut M&M's)
Set the oven to 425 degrees. Mix together the brownie mix and pumpkin. Stir in candy & nuts. Bake in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
To balance the indulgence from these Valentine's Brownies, here's an Easy Pyramid Run I did the other night.
Julia and I are running the Nashville Rock & Roll Half Marathon in April and I have slowly been easing myself into a running workout routine. The workout is 44 minutes and for me equaled about 3.25 miles.
Do you have any good workouts for beginner runners?

Sinfully DELICIOUS!!!! :D
Love this combo!! Good luck with your marathon training! That's exciting. I hope to run one this year too :)
Thanks!! You can add a can of pumpkin to just about any TJ's bread mix and it'll turn out delicious!
I recommend the Georgia Half Marathon - it's really scenic and takes you through a bunch of cute neighborhoods in Atlanta :-)
