Morning! This week is flying by for me, I can't believe its already Thursday. I started a fun craft project last night that I can't wait to share with y'all. But first, here's an easy party idea.
I've been to a few restuarants lately that serve their water in recycled wine bottles. I guess it's easier for the server to just leave the bottle on the table instead of keep coming back and checking on refills. It's fine with me because I drink a ton of water!

So I thought it would be cute to re-create. Twelve-O-Eight shared a great idea on Pinterest, to paint labels in chalk paint. But since I didn't have chalk paint, I just printed them straight from my computer. I designed the label in PicMonkey.
Clean your recycled bottle really well before sticking on the label. I soaked mine in hot/soapy water then scrapped off the original wine label and allowed the surface to fully dry.
Position the label where you want it, I tried to get mine in the center.
And there you go, a fun Wine Bottle Label!
Use at a party, it looks good and is one less thing the hostess has to worry about!
Do you have creative uses for wine bottles?
I've used them for candle holders but they would also make a cute flower vase.

Very cute! I am using two wine bottles for my homemade shampoo and conditioner right now, and they work great! Haven't made labels for them yet though, so I'll keep this in mind. Thanks for sharing at The Fun In Functional :-)
I love the idea of using wine bottles for your shampoo & conditioner, great idea!
