This past weekend my family threw an engagement party for my older brother and his fiance. It was a huge success! Everything was amazing...the food, the people, and the decor.
My sister and I were responsible for the centerpieces and she came up with the great idea of using pumpkins.
Here's what we did:
Step 1: Cut an opening in the pumpkin |
Step 2: Pull out all of the seeds and gooey stuff |
Step 3: Buy/pick flowers |
Step 4: Trim flowers to correct height |
Step 5: Start arranging the flowers in the pumpkin |
We used floral foam to keep the flowers in place |
Here is the finished product!

The pumpkins and flowers were bought from Whole Foods and we got a great deal! 3 pumpkins for $10 and about 9 bouquets for $5/each
