What better way to enjoy a football game than with some nachos!! The hubs and I love nachos so we decided to make some for the Super Bowl.
Ingredients:
Ground Turkey
Onion
Green Pepper
Salsa
Cheese
Pinto Beans
Instant Spanish Rice
Tomato
Pickled Jalepenos
Taco Seasoning
Sour Cream
Tortillas
Step 1: Saute ground turkey, onion, and green pepper Step 2: Add taco seasoning to cooked meat mixture |
Step 3: Layer ingredients on an oven safe tray |
Step 4: Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (until cheese is melted) |
Yummo!! These nachos were delicious! I can't say they are the healthiest but they are definitely the perfect thing to enjoy while watching football!
