I love coming up with ways to get my faves without the sugar :)Ashleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02816036905179183748noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3376149446352051922.post-34303202131874722432012-03-15T11:02:41.326-04:002012-03-15T11:02:41.326-04:00Thanks Ashley! I definitely need to start eating more natural sugars from fruits and veggies.Elizabeth @ Southern Colorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09325039262040663550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3376149446352051922.post-51120708219360332642012-03-15T10:33:04.102-04:002012-03-15T10:33:04.102-04:00It looks like you eat really well! Maybe you're already doing this, but one thing I've found helpful since I'm trying not to gain too much weight while being pregnant is to look for hidden sugars and carbs in foods. If there's a lower sugar or lower carb version of something, I choose that one. And I almost never eat "low fat" foods because they're SO much higher in sugar. Here's an article that I think does a good job explaining why sugar is so harmful (besides the obvious reason that it causes weight gain quickly): http://www.nytimes.com/2011/04/17/magazine/mag-17Sugar-t.html?pagewanted=allAshleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02816036905179183748noreply@blogger.com
